I don't think we think deeply enough about that question. We just do whatever is in front of us. I'm not saying that we should constantly be overly-analysing if what we're doing is the right thing. Sometimes, you just have to do. But I do think it's important to align your actions and values. My favourite phrase is "Actions express priorities." In those 3 words, it cuts through the bullshit.
